Originally from Maine, Lucas Butterfield developed an early appreciation for mountain communities and the outdoor lifestyle. After graduating from the University of Vermont, he eventually made his home in Dillon, where he now combines his local knowledge, enthusiasm for the mountains, and commitment to service as a Broker Associate with Colorado Real Estate Company.
As a certified ski instructor, Lucas understands that successful teaching begins with listening, patience, and clear communication—the same qualities he brings to every real estate transaction. Whether helping a first-time buyer, finding the right mountain retreat or investment property, or positioning a home for a successful sale, Lucas provides attentive guidance and a thoughtful, client-focused approach.
